By registering and using CashCont, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms are written in favor of the company providing the service.

1. Nature of the Service

CashCont is an online subscription application for personal finance, income, and expense management.

2. Registration and Account

• You must provide truthful and updated information (name, email, and password).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of misuse.

3. Subscription and Payments

• The application costs $1.25 USD per month.
• Payment is processed automatically each month via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.
• No refunds are provided under any circumstances, neither full nor partial, even if you stop using the service after payment.

4. Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the already paid billing period. Afterwards, your account will be deactivated unless renewed.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

• The service is for personal use only.
• The application may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized commercial activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to CashCont, including design, code, and content, are the exclusive property of the developers. Reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for financial losses arising from its use.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication.
